Ian Bourne, The Bajan Reporter

Ian Bourne is an avid promoter and supporter of The Hope Sanctuary.
A former TV anchor, Ian was the face and voice of the CBC Evening
News seen by over 100 thousand viewers in Barbados on a daily basis,
and now? He is part of the Sanitation Service Authority, when he became
Public Relations Officer in 2005.

In addition - Ian has been writing since his teens, but only began
competing as a writer a few years ago. In 2003 he won a bronze award
at the National Independence Festival of Creative Arts for a short story
called " Nondescript."

He has emceed numerous shows. Ian's also been a Music Review
Contributor for both Barbadian newspapers at various times over the
years. In addition, in his spare time he shoots, edits, writes and prepares
the News Blog " The Bajan Reporter " which gets 300 hits a day and
rising!

In complete command of his professional life, at home the ecstatically
married PRO bows to the rule of five tyrannical cats & one nervous dog.
