Dog Walkers:
Karen Stevenson and her mother
Maureen assist an elder lady by
walking her
dogs, Sara and
Tramp,
once a week. They also
walk
groups of
dogs at
The
Hope
Sanctuary to give them some
exercise
and
freedom from their
kennels.
Transport:
Michael Rapley transports dogs to
and from The Hope to the vets.
He also kindly fostered Pinky
whilst
we were waiting for more
room
up at the
sanctuary.
The Book Sale:
Marilyn Weekes is in charge of our book sale, she usually has her "Team" with
her who
consists
of:

Barbara Watson

A big thank you to Derrick for assisting us in transporting the books to and from Maxwell. We would like also like to thank
Super Centre, Warrens for
their continuous support in allowing us to hold our monthly book sale on their premises. Thank you to everyone
that participated, all of you that made
purchases and a huge thank you to the kind people that donated books and magazines. It was a great
success, thank you! We look forward to seeing
you at the next one on Friday 29th August 2008.
