Mr.Tony Martin, a businessman from the UK, spent a day with The Hope team observing our daily duties of
assisting neglected and abused animals. On conclusion, he noted our dedication to help, the overwhelming
amount of unwanted animals throughout Barbados and our financial limitations to fund a solution to this
problem. Tony most generously gave us a large sum of money specifically to start a new project.
This fantastic and much appreciated gesture has enabled us to create the dog neutering and humane
education programme.

Thank you to all you wonderful individuals who have sponsored, fostered or adopted one our Hope
dogs in the last month.
The kindness you share as changed and improved the life of hundreds of our
dogs.
Our aim is to rehome our canine friends into loving, caring environments. Whether it be fostering
until we can find a permanent
solution or adopting a pet as a life long companion. We temporarily rent
horse stables to house our dogs which has very limited
space. We have nearly 90 dogs at the
sanctuary whom have all come from troubled backgrounds - they are desperately in need
of a loving
